Introducing TailgateFootball™
TailgateFootball™ is a spin-off of Table Top Football, the game millions played in grade school, flicking a triangular paper football across the table for touchdowns and then through fingers used as goal posts.
We took that concept and created a central game piece in a rubberized football, designed fundamental run, pass and kick plays and balanced them with penalties and turnovers. We added goal posts and nets for the fun of kicking field goals and extra points. Then we provided a game clock for dealing with the important element of time. The net result is an exciting, fast-paced, high-scoring game!
Game Pieces
- Game Board – the vinyl football field rolls-up into a tubular carrying case for compact portability.
- Football – the rubber skin is wrapped around a plastic frame that glides smoothly across the field and is easy on the fingers when kicking field goals.
- Goal Posts & Nets – they provide a great target and catch for field goals and extra points.
- Game Clock – it introduces the critical element of time in 4 quick 3 minute quarters.
- Penalty Cards – they provide 20 common offensive and defensive penalties.
- Score Sheets – these provide a simple way of tracking scores.
FREE Scoreboard App – As a bonus, we’ve thrown in this really cool app that simplifies time & score keeping with a single button and provides important feedback about the progress of the game. It’s available on iTunes and the App Store for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices and will be available for the Android in Q1 of 2012.
